The house is located in the island of Aegina, 35 minutes away from the port of Peiraus,

with the fast boat, or 70 min away with the slower boat which can also carry cars. The house is right next to the sea and it’s located 1.5km away from the central part and port of the island.

The house is 280 m2 whereas the land around it is 700m2.

There are 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. There is also a 100m2 swimming pool,

which doesn’t use any harmful chemicals for its cleaning and maintenance. The house has a

central cooling/heating system by DAIKIN and additional heating units and a boiler for warm

water. The house is equipped with an alarm, security cameras, and centrally contolled phone

line system.

The interior flooring of the house and the patio is wood of type Teak Burma. In case of a

blackout there is a generator that turns on automatically to support the power needs of the

house. The appliances in the kitchen are Miele and the kitchen counter are Corian.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο νησί της Αίγινας, 35 λεπτά από το λιμάνι του Πειραιά,με το γρήγορο σκάφος ή 70 λεπτά μακριά με το πιο αργό σκάφος που μπορεί επίσης να μεταφέρει αυτοκίνητα. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα και απέχει 1,5 χλμ από το κεντρικό τμήμα και το λιμάνι του νησιού.

Το σπίτι είναι 280 m2 ενώ το οικόπεδο γύρω του είναι 700 m2.

Υπάρχουν 3 όροφοι με 5 υπνοδωμάτια και 6 μπάνια. Υπάρχει επίσης μια πισίνα 100m2,

που δεν χρησιμοποιεί επιβλαβείς χημικές ουσίες για τον καθαρισμό και τη συντήρησή του. Το σπίτι έχει ένα κεντρικό σύστημα ψύξης/θέρμανσης της DAIKIN και επιπλέον μονάδες θέρμανσης και μπόιλερ για ζεστό νερό. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με συναγερμό, κάμερες ασφαλείας και κεντρικά ελεγχόμενο τηλέφωνο σύστημα γραμμής.

Το εσωτερικό δάπεδο της κατοικίας και της βεράντας είναι ξύλο τύπου Teak Burma. Σε περίπτωση συσκότισης υπάρχει μια γεννήτρια που ενεργοποιείται αυτόματα για να υποστηρίξει τις ανάγκες ρεύματος του σπιτιού. Οι συσκευές της κουζίνας είναι Miele και ο πάγκος της κουζίνας Corian.
